Roast Selection

Can’t decide which roast? Follow our guide on coffee to determine which one might like best.

Lighter roasts tend to have more of an acidic and floral taste.  Darker roasts tend to have more of the bitterness and chocolatey flavors.  

If you are not sure which you prefer, we would recommend starting with our Sly Dog roast.  It is a medium roast that is also our signature roast.  

If you like dark coffee our Night Watch is for you.  We use the same beans as our Sly Dog but we roast it to eternity.
